Job Title: Area HR Head Location: Madurai Experience: 15 years Industry: Telecom / BFSI / Retail / Large Workforce Environment Job Summary -: We are looking for a proactive and people focused HR professional to drive HR operations, employee lifecycle management, engagement, performance, and talent development across the assigned geography. The role will work closely with business and IR teams to ensure compliance, retention, and a seamless employee experience. Key Responsibilities -: Ensure business partnering with the assigned business units to drive HR initiatives and programs that align with the organization's overall strategy. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the organization's goals and objectives. Drive employee engagement and retention by designing and implementing effective employee value proposition, recognition, and reward programs. Collaborate with the IR team to ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. Analyze and interpret HR metrics and KPIs to inform business decisions and drive strategic HR initiatives. Develop and manage budgets for HR operations and projects. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of HR metrics and KPIs. Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect by promoting equal opportunities, fair treatment, and eliminating discrimination. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Identify and address potential risks and issues related to HR operations and compliance. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and external partners. Ensure effective communication of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to all stakeholders. Key Requirements -: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum 15 years of experience in HR leadership roles. Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry standards. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of HR systems and tools, such as Workday or similar platforms. Certifications in HR or related fields are desirable.
