Architect

Job description

We are looking for an Architect, including recent graduates, to be permanently integrated into our design team at the Agrigento office.

The role will be involved in the development of projects related to both new constructions and, in particular, interventions on existing building stock, participating in the various phases of architectural design.

The search is open to both young professionals and recent graduates, interested in growing and training within a structured professional context, and to candidates with experience already gained in the sector.

Any experience related to the following will be particularly valued:

  • recovery, requalification, and renovation of existing buildings;
  • restoration and conservative renovation;
  • interventions on properties subject to historical, artistic, or landscape constraints;
  • development of architectural elaborates in the various design phases;
  • coordination with other disciplines involved in the project.
Requirements
  • Degree in Architecture;
  • good preparation in architectural design;
  • knowledge of the main drawing and design tools;
  • interest in designing on existing building stock and in themes of recovery and conservation;
  • precision, organizational skills, and predisposition for teamwork.

For experienced candidates, a professional background of at least 3 years in architectural design will be considered particularly qualifying, preferably with specific reference to interventions on existing buildings.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge and/or experience in BIM design environment will be a preferential qualification.

For junior and recent graduate profiles, BIM skills acquired during university studies, through specialized courses, theses, internships, or other training experiences will also be positively evaluated.

Furthermore, the following will be considered positive evaluation elements:

  • knowledge of BIM software, with particular reference to Revit;
  • knowledge of design and regulatory issues related to existing buildings;
  • interest in the restoration and enhancement of architectural heritage;
  • learning ability, increasing autonomy, and aptitude for multidisciplinary discussion.
