Java Microservices Cloud System Architect

System Architect (Java / Microservices / Cloud) We are looking for an experienced System Architect to join a project for one of the largest financial sector organizations in Poland. The person in this position will be responsible for shaping the architecture of modern business systems, supporting the transformation of a monolith to a microservice architecture, and setting directions for technological development. Work Model: Hybrid (4 days remote, 1 day a week from the office in Warsaw) Cooperation Form: B2B (cooperation through Antal) 150-200 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B) Project until the end of March 2027 Your tasks Designing and developing system architectures based on Java and Spring Creating migration strategies from monolithic solutions to a microservice architecture Defining architectural standards and supporting their implementation Managing technical debt and identifying technological risks Collaborating with development and analytical teams in solution design Conducting architectural workshops, mentoring, and code reviews Supporting DevOps initiatives and production process automation Designing and documenting system architectures and integrations Analyzing and implementing new technologies supporting organizational development Our expectations Minimum 5 years of experience in system architecture design and supervision Very good knowledge of Java and Spring Framework Experience in designing scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant distributed systems Practical knowledge of architectural and integration patterns Experience working with cloud solutions and infrastructure automation Ability to conduct code reviews, mentoring, and technical workshops Experience in creating technology roadmaps and risk assessments Practical knowledge of end-to-end observability Experience in API Governance Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) Experience with Event-Driven architecture Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level Ability to provide services from Polish territory Nice to have Experience with Agentic SDLC Knowledge of Multi-Cloud strategies Advanced practice in DDD Awareness of costs and optimization of cloud environments Participation in defining technological standards at the organizational level We offer Work on architecture transformation in a large organization Flexible hybrid model Benefits package: LuxMed and Multisport Real influence on the direction of architecture development and technological standards Cooperation with experienced specialists and project teams What will you gain by applying for this offer from Antal?
