System Architect Warsaw (hybrid model: 3 days from office) 160-190 PLN/h B2B ⌛Long-term project About the project Our client is one of the largest organizations in the financial sector in Poland, implementing broad technological transformation initiatives. software. We are looking for a System Architect for the team developing modern systems in a microservice architecture environment, who will combine the role of Tech Lead with active participation in the software development process. The project is long-term and involves cooperation in building and developing key business solutions using modern technologies, cloud, and AI tools supporting the development process. Your responsibilities Taking on the role of Tech Lead in a Scrum team Actively programming and implementing business requirements in Java Designing and developing system and microservice architectures Collaborating with the Product Owner and business stakeholders in defining technical solutions Designing and developing integrations and APIs Defining technical standards and ensuring their adherence Conducting code reviews and ensuring the quality of delivered solutions Mentoring and supporting the development team's growth Solving complex technical problems Ensuring system performance, security, and scalability Collaborating with architectural teams, DevOps, and other Scrum teams Participating in technological decisions and risk analysis Utilizing cloud solutions (preferably Azure) Utilizing AI and Agentic AI in the development process and work automation Requirements Must have Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and building web systems Very good knowledge of Java and experience in active programming Experience in designing microservice architecture and distributed systems Very good knowledge of architectural and integration patterns Experience in designing APIs and system integrations Practical knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) Experience working with relational databases and SQL Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture Experience in system observability and monitoring Understanding of application security principles Experience in leading a technical team, mentoring, and code reviews Ability for inter-team collaboration Experience in making technological decisions and assessing risks Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes English language at min.
