Architect (m/w/d) as Planning Coordinator

Against the backdrop of the company's growth, the position of Architect (m/w/d) as Planning Coordinator is being created. In this role, you will be part of a team that is responsible for planning and coordinating construction projects from the initial concept to the final handover. Your tasks will include: • Developing and implementing project plans in collaboration with the management team; • Coordinating and controlling the project schedule, budget, and resources; • Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality standards; • Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to ensure successful project execution; • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and conflicts; • Providing expert advice on architectural and construction-related matters; • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all dealings. The ideal candidate should have: • A degree in architecture or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in project planning and coordination; • Excellent communication and organizational skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
