Architect (m/w/d) | 100 % Remote (Germany)

ALPHA Software GmbH digitalizes the creation of building documents for real estate professionals. Besides floor plans and living space calculations, we also create building permit-ready documents and expert-reviewed documentation. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an architect who can review, document, and confirm projects as needed.

Tasks

• Factual review and approval of architectural documents
• Creation of living space calculations using ArchiCAD based on existing floor plans
• Signing and stamping of documents in the context of building permit approval
• Quality control of floor plans, living space calculations, and building documents
• Supporting the team with architectural questions
• Ensuring a review-ready and norm-compliant documentation
• Occasional coordination with customers on factual questions
• Participation in the development of our internal quality standards

Qualification

• Completed degree in architecture
• Registered membership in an architects' chamber
• Building permit approval and own architect's stamp
• Very good German language skills (C1) in spoken and written form
• Experience in creating living space calculations (e.g. according to WoFlV or DIN 277)
• Proficient use of ArchiCAD
• Structured, precise, and responsible work style
• Proficient use of digital plan documents
• Experience in reviewing and documenting building documents
