Tasks: Defining system solutions and responsibility for selecting technology and architectural approach Developing and maintaining high-quality backend components based on the Java language Supporting the engineering team through mentoring, technical consultations, and supervision over task execution Building and developing solutions based on AI and initiating their practical use in project teams Supporting effective cooperation between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical departments Requirements (must have): Experience in system architecture design as an IT Architect or Lead Developer Advanced knowledge of Java and Spring, as well as React Experience in using modern AI technologies, including LLM and GenAI, in commercial projects Experience in designing and implementing systems in a microservices architecture Knowledge of cloud services Ability to combine architectural responsibilities with active participation in software development Knowledge of Polish and English at a communicative level (min.
