Responsibilities
- Project management of structural engineering projects across multiple service phases
- Creation and coordination of execution plans together with CAD technicians and architects (m/f/d)
- Preparation of specifications and participation in tendering and awarding
- Conducting negotiations for awards and preparing contract awards
- Construction management / site supervision for projects with individual trades and in a general contractor environment
- Control of deadlines, costs, and quality during execution
- Checking of invoices, supplements, and progress reports
- Close coordination with internal specialist departments, clients, and subcontractors
Profile
- Completed degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable field of study
- At least 5 years of professional experience in planning, project management, or construction management
- Structured approach to work, economic thinking, and confident demeanor in coordination and negotiations
