Project management of building construction projects across multiple service phases
Creation and coordination of execution plans together with CAD technicians and architects (m/f/d)
Development of Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and participation in tendering and awarding
Conducting negotiations for awards and preparation of contract awards
Site management / Construction supervision for projects with individual trades and in the general contractor environment
Management of deadlines, costs, and quality during execution
Review of invoices, additional claims, and progress reports
Close coordination with internal departments, clients, and subcontractors

Completed studies in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable field
At least 5 years of professional experience in planning, project management, or site management
Structured way of working, economic thinking, and confident demeanor in coordination and negotiations
