Tasks

• Project management of building construction projects across multiple service phases
• Creation and coordination of execution plans together with CAD technicians and architects (m/f/d)
• Development of Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and participation in tendering and awarding
• Conducting negotiations for awards and preparation of contract awards
• Site management / Construction supervision for projects with individual trades and in the general contractor environment
• Management of deadlines, costs, and quality during execution
• Review of invoices, additional claims, and progress reports
• Close coordination with internal departments, clients, and subcontractors

Profile

• Completed studies in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in planning, project management, or site management
• Structured way of working, economic thinking, and confident demeanor in coordination and negotiations
