Architect

Your responsibilities

• Designing architectural concepts and developing complete design documentation for investments carried out by JNS sp. z o.o. in Rzeszów
• Coordinating architectural solutions with collaborating disciplines (structure, installations, interiors) at the design and execution stage
• Participating in consultations with the investor, authorities, and other institutions to ensure the smooth running of the design process
• Author's supervision over project execution and support for the construction team in solving current technical issues
• Ensuring the aesthetic and functional consistency of architectural solutions and optimizing projects in terms of costs and execution technologies

Our requirements

• Higher education in architecture or related fields
• Experience in designing buildings and preparing design documentation
• Proficient knowledge of ArchiCad design software
• Knowledge of current building regulations and industry standards
• Teamwork skills, good organization of one's own work, and communication skills
