Architecture Specialist

• Develop project concepts and solution studies.
• Prepare and coordinate architectural surveys.
• Work on assigned projects under the guidance of a senior architect.
• Participate in the preparation of technical documentation with a senior architect.
• Ensure compliance with agreed deadlines and conditions for assigned projects.
• Adhere to the office's efficiency system and project work hour norms.

Requirements:

• Graduate in architecture.
• Experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Archicad and Microsoft Office; knowledge of QGIS, Photoshop, and rendering programs is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with producers and collaborators to resolve technical solutions.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team throughout all project phases.
• Possession of a category B driving license is a plus as the position may involve travel.
