Hire Resolve’s client is a leading Architecture firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of an Architectural Technologist in Edenvale, GP.

Responsibilities:
- Compliance with all SANS10400 regulations
- Obtain site / stand / premises information
- Interior details and architectural drawings
- Finishing schedules
- Specification sheets
- Site inspections
- Site measurements and as-built drawings
- Project management and site organization with site instructions
- Obtaining relevant quotes for specific projects
- Meeting all potential contractors and sub-contractors
- Council documentation preparation
- Must be comfortable taking minutes of meetings with Contractors and supplier
- Collect Samples and compile client presentations
- Placing orders and checking of deliveries
- Assist with Budget preparations.
- Confirm delivery installation dates
- Receive deliveries
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in the field of Architecture.
- Must have site experience dealing with a variety of consultants.
- The Ideal candidate must have knowledge and experience in:
- AutoCAD
- Revit (Advantageous)
- Excel, Word, Outlook
- PowerPoint
- Afrikaans and English speaking
- Must have drivers license and own car
- Must be able to work under pressure and have a strong personality.
- Strong planning, organizational and communication skills
