About the Company Saleh Homes Pty Ltd is a respected Melbourne builder delivering custom homes and townhouse developments across the western, eastern and northern suburbs.
About the RoleWe’re seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to prepare drawings and documentation for residential projects using Revit. You’ll ensure all work complies with the NCC, Australian Standards and Victorian Building Regulations while coordinating with consultants and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Produce architectural drawings and construction documentation.
Liaise with engineers, consultants and suppliers.
Manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Building & Construction (Building)
Min 2 years’ experience in residential drafting.
Proficient in Revit; sound knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards.
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence (for site visits).
