Allicoe Projects is seeking an Architectural Draftsperson to join their team.

We take pride in being one of the leading builders Sydney has when it comes to customised home designs, Approvals, New Builds, Alterations, Renovations, Extensions, Addition, and Project Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and documentation using CAD software.
- Assist architects and designers in interpreting and developing design concepts.
- Prepare layouts, elevations, sections, and other detailed drawings in line with project requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
- Review and revise drawings to align with project changes and client feedback.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Conduct site visits to measure and collect data as required for accurate drafting.
- Maintain organized records and document control systems for all drawings and plans.
- Relevant Diploma qualification or higher
- at least 1 years work experience as an Architectural Draftsperson or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
