Position Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Architectural Draftsperson with minimum 2 years post qualification experience to join our team at AJH+. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about their work and ready to make an impact in a growing business. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing designs within a supportive team
• Capturing all design requirements in REVIT .
• Resolving projects from Design, DA, Construction Certificate and Construction through to hand over of the key to clients
• Interpreting and incorporating all code requirements: NCC, Australian standards, ADG etc

You will be working closely with the Director and the wider team contributing to the success of our varied projects

Skills and Experience Required:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum 2 years post qualification experience ( TAFE Diploma of Building Design completion)
• Excellent in REVIT, Adobe Suite (photoshop, indesign etc), Microsoft suite, D5 render an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks or priorities

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 plus super
