Architectural Drafter

🏢 Job Description: Architectural DrafterPosition Overview The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for preparing and revising architectural drawings, sketches, and other visual aids to support the design process. This includes creating detailed drawings of buildings, structures, and spaces, as well as developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of project requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and revise architectural drawings, sketches, and other visual aids to support the design process;
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements and specifications;
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs meet project goals and objectives;
- Conduct research and gather information on building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards and guidelines;
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and other digital tools to create and edit drawings;
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used;

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field;
- 2+ years of experience as an Architectural Drafter or in a related role;
- Proficiency in CAD software and other digital tools;
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and practices;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
