Architectural Drafter

Turn real-world spaces into clean, accurate drawings and strong 3D visuals.

This architecture and drafting firm specializes in as-builts and new-build projects. They’re looking for a drafter who can take Matterport point clouds and turn them into precise drawings the team can send to clients with confidence.

If you love accuracy, clean files, and producing visuals that make clients say “wow,” this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

As-Builts & Drafting

• Download and manage Matterport point cloud data
• Build clean project files that stay organized from start to finish
• Produce accurate floor plans, elevations, niches, bathrooms, and cone lighting layouts
• Deliver detailed drawing sets that require little to no rechecking

3D Modeling & Renderings

• Create 3D models in Revit and 3ds Max
• Produce high-quality renderings for client presentations, marketing, and portfolio use

Documentation & Specbooks

• Create and maintain specbooks with fixtures, finishes, and product details
• Ensure drawings, models, and documentation stay aligned throughout the project

Quality Control & Communication

• Perform thorough self-review before anything goes out
• Join screen-share sessions when direction is needed
• Communicate clearly, proactively, and with minimal supervision

Requirements

What You Bring

• Strong experience with Revit and 3ds Max (required)
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or SketchUp
• Solid experience drafting from Matterport or similar point clouds
• A proven background producing detailed plans, elevations, bathrooms, niches, and lighting layouts
• Demonstrated rendering skills (Corona, V-Ray, Enscape, etc.)
• Ability to create organized, usable specbooks
• Extreme attention to detail and pride in delivering client-ready work
• Strong English communication and confidence working independently
