Architectural Designer

Company Description Spark Architects is an architectural and design consultancy with expertise in architecture, urban design, landscape architecture, and interior design. Role Description The Architectural Designer will contribute to the design and development of SPARK's projects from concept through to site implementation. This full-time, on-site role in Singapore involves preparing design drawings and documentation, supporting urban and architectural design studies, and coordinating with internal teams and external consultants. The individual will assist in design presentations, participate in client and stakeholder meetings as needed, and ensure that design solutions align with project requirements, sustainability goals, and local regulations. The Architectural Designer will also help with design research, material and product selection, and the refinement of details that maintain the quality and integrity of the project. Candidates with relevant work experience, may be considered for a Senior role.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concept designs and detailed solutions.
• Proficiency in Drawing and Construction Drawings, including the preparation of accurate plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Understanding of design principles and their application to site planning and integrated project design.
• Degree in Architecture or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience with industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant AI applications).
• Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Prior experience in complex or large-scale mixed use projects and familiarity with Asian or international project environments is an advantage.
