DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSIONRealize interior design projectsWe have a great opportunity for you.Appointed for a temporary mission of one year (renewable) by a high-end watch manufacturer based in Geneva, we are looking for :Interior Architect (M/F)Main Mission:Realize interior design projects for administrative and industrial production activities.Take charge of the design and implementation of interior spaces to meet the needs of our client's employees and visitors. Ensure that all designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meet the required standards.Work closely with the project team to develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's needs and expectations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of the design into the overall project. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Provide regular progress reports to the client and internal stakeholders. Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and timelines. Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and monitor project progress. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the client's business objectives and requirements. Ensure that all designs are aligned with the client's brand identity and values. Provide expert advice on interior design trends, materials, and technologies. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement innovative solutions for our clients. Participate in cross-functional teams to identify and address potential risks and opportunities. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the client's organizational structure and culture. Ensure that all designs are aligned with the client's goals and objectives. Provide expert advice on interior design best practices and industry trends. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement effective communication strategies for our clients.
