Job description
As a project manager within the Real Estate Department (DI), you pilot construction or renovation projects from their initialisation to their realisation.
You are a General Director of Project in the sense of SIA.
You intervene as early as the conceptual phase: SIA phase 11 expression of user needs, feasibility studies with an initial estimate of costs and deadlines.
You perform design studies (pre-projects, projects, requests for building permits, preparation of submissions, development of construction details), defining costs and planning. You write detailed project briefs and propose technical solutions that allow for informed decision-making. You ensure a rigorous framework for projects, guaranteeing precise validation of objectives and controlled execution.
You are responsible for the production of execution plans and site management.
You evaluate technical solutions by selecting the most suitable materials and elaborating detailed plans to enable project realisation by contractors and suppliers. You ensure active supervision, ensuring compliance with laws, standards, and regulations at each stage of the project.
You ensure conformity with SIA standards and contribute to ensuring a smooth and high-quality execution.
You supervise project execution by coordinating different stages, following budget and planning, and ensuring optimal collaboration with project teams. You participate in steering committees (COPIL), presenting work progress, proposing solutions to potential challenges, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
In collaboration with your colleagues, you intervene on transverse projects to coordinate actions, resolve problems, and propose adapted solutions. You also share your expertise with peers to support them in managing their own projects.
In a transverse perspective, you actively participate in continuous improvement by contributing to the evolution of technical guidelines and updating documentation. You conduct technological watch in your areas of expertise and propose relevant improvements.
As an expert in architecture, you may also support medical departments in preliminary reflections and project wishes.
