Architect

This position involves working independently on Architectural & Interior Design projects for our international clients in Commercial, Residential, Hospitality Healthcare, Retail & Institutional sectors involving the following aspects- Ability to understand various Architectural and Interior Design elements, construction methods and its various detailing requirements. To work with the team and deliver the Architectural and Interior Design Documentation projects within time, budget and quality that meet the clients' expectations. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases their design skills and experience in the field of Architectural and Interior Design. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, as well as ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standard of quality and within the agreed-upon timeframe and budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the latest design trends and technologies, as well as the ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the design team to develop and implement design concepts that meet the clients' needs and expectations.
