ARCHITECT - SENIOR

Job Summary: The Senior Architect will work closely with project team members and clients, and will be responsible for leading the design and management of large-scale, complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in architecture, as well as extensive professional experience in a related field. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of architectural designs and plans for large-scale, complex projects Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and other applicable laws and standards. Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to project team members. Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and other relevant materials. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. 8+ years of experience in a related field. Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and zoning regulations. Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Certifications: LEED AP, WELL AP, or other relevant certifications.
