About the Job As a Senior Architect - Middleware, you will be a trusted advisor and technical leader, guiding enterprise customers in designing, implementing, and optimising solutions using Red Hat's middleware portfolio. You will work closely with customer architects, business stakeholders, and Red Hat delivery teams to translate business goals into scalable, open, and cloud-native architectures. This role blends deep technical expertise in Red Hat Middleware (JBoss EAP, AMQ, Fuse, 3scale, Kafka, etc.) with exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills. You will: * Provide technical leadership for customer engagements, focusing on the successful adoption and expansion of Red Hat Middleware technologies. * Collaborate with customer teams to understand their business requirements and translate them into architectural solutions. * Design and implement middleware solutions that align with industry best practices, performance, security, and scalability requirements. * Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions to educate customers on middleware technologies and best practices. * Create and maintain architectural documentation, including design documents, implementation guides, and operational procedures. * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in middleware technologies, cloud computing, and DevOps practices. * Contribute to the development of Red Hat's middleware solutions by providing feedback and insights based on customer experiences. * Act as a mentor and coach for other architects and consultants, sharing knowledge and expertise. What You Will Bring: * Proven experience as an architect, with a focus on middleware technologies. * In-depth knowledge of Red Hat Middleware products (JBoss EAP, AMQ, Fuse, 3scale, Kafka, etc.) and related technologies. * Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade middleware solutions. * Strong understanding of architectural patterns, design principles, and best practices. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Experience working with enterprise customers and stakeholders. * Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). * Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, automation). * Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) certification is a plus.
