Architect Production Designer

Job Purpose Responsible for supporting production and project execution through specialized architectural space design for Modular Operating Rooms, healthcare spaces, detailed CAD drafting, and comprehensive BOQ preparation. The position also involves conducting site assessments, ensuring design feasibility, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely Project requirements, Key Responsibilities Prepare architectural and execution drawings Develop and maintain project documentation Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations Conduct site assessments to identify potential design challenges and opportunities for improvement Prepare comprehensive BOQs (Bill of Quantities) to support project budgeting and planning
