Architect

Orienta S.p.A - Benefit Company, seeks for Operating Studio in the field of architectural design. The resource will be responsible for the following activities: - Interior design of stores and restaurants; - Management of the construction process; - Development of feasibility studies in Residential, Retail, and Organized Distribution areas. Requirements requested: - Knowledge of Office Package, Adobe Suite, Autocad 2D - Archicad, Photoshop; - Ability to design interiors of stores and restaurants; - Coordination of the Work Team for the management and/or creation of layout and concept; - Ability to write executive architectural reports, receiving and coordinating indications from various specialist designers involved in the procedure; - Ability to translate an architectural project into necessary documents for obtaining authorization titles, in urbanistic, residential, commercial, and industrial areas; - Ability to interact with Public Administrations and Service Providers, to obtain necessary authorizations for developing the project and construction site; - Ability to manage the construction process; - Ability to develop feasibility studies in Residential, Retail, and Organized Distribution areas. Preferable experience in general design in Retail area. Offered: - Job classification and remuneration commensurate with actual experience; - Final goal of hiring.
