Architect (m/w/d) as Overall Project Leadership
Job description
What you can expect
- As Architect, you will take on the function of Project Leader/Overall Project Leader and be responsible for the entire planning process.
- You will lead your project team independently, self-reliantly, and solution-oriented through all planning phases of a high-rise project.
- You represent ATP against clients, authorities, and executing companies.
- As an interface, you ensure close cooperation with all departments (structural planning, HKLS, electrical engineering, ÖBA) as well as external specialist planners.
- Your main tasks include planning activities in the integrated team, supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM).
- You support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal while considering climate-neutral planning with the goal of a sustainable building.
