Architect (High End Architecture Projects)

A design-led architectural practice in Worli, Mumbai is hiring an Architect with an experience range of around 3-6 years, to work on a diverse portfolio of core architectural projects, including residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. This role is suited for professionals with strong architectural fundamentals, hands-on experience in building-scale design and documentation, and the ability to contribute across concept, design development, and execution stages. Project requirements include: • High-end architecture projects with a focus on luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality developments • Strong understanding of architectural design principles, including spatial planning, visual merchandising, and sustainability • Proficiency in CAD software (Autodesk Revit) for building-scale design and documentation • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present designs and ideas to clients and colleagues • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions • Experience working on large-scale projects, preferably in India or internationally • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and standards • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
