Architect

As an independent architect, you will be a key member of the design team, working on a variety of Belgian and international projects from concept to execution. You start your day with a creative brainstorming session and translate your ideas into 3D designs using tools such as Revit. You create visually compelling presentations where design, interior, and master planning are fully realized. You are responsible for drafting, preparing tender dossiers, and managing permit administration. You mainly focus on the technical aspects of the projects and are involved in all phases, from initial design to site supervision. You ensure that the projects are carried out in accordance with all regulations and standards. Your responsibilities include: * Developing architectural designs and technical drawings. * Collaborating with other architects, engineers, and project managers. * Creating 3D models and visualizations. * Preparing tender documents and specifications. * Managing permit applications and approvals. * Supervising construction sites. * Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. Requirements: * Master's degree in Architecture. * Several years of relevant experience. * Excellent knowledge of Revit. * Strong design and technical skills. * Good communication and collaboration skills. * Fluent in Dutch and English. * Knowledge of French is an advantage.
