The Role We are seeking an experienced Architect (Registered in Qld) who is ready to do more than just deliver projects. This role is about being a leader, a mentor, and a collaborator. You will be working closely with our design team to develop innovative and effective design solutions that meet our clients’ needs. You will be responsible for leading and managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of our design culture and standards, and to help us grow and evolve as a studio. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is passionate about design, has a strong track record of delivering successful projects, and is excited about the opportunity to join a dynamic and growing studio. You will be a Registered Architect in Queensland, with a strong understanding of the local building codes and regulations. You will also have a degree in Architecture, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You will be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work independently, and as part of a team, and will be comfortable with the idea of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
