Job Title: Architect Location: Thane (Office-Based) Experience: Minimum 2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are seeking a qualified Architect with hands-on professional experience to work on architectural projects from concept development through execution. The role demands strong design thinking, technical proficiency, and the ability to coordinate across multiple project stakeholders while working closely within a studio environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop architectural designs and drawings for various projects; Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and contractors; Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards; Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results; Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback; Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architect; Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations; Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other relevant tools; Excellent communication and project management skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
