Task Area
- Carrying out maintenance, repair, and overhaul work on highly automated laser welding machines
- Analyzing and resolving faults in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Ensuring high technical equipment availability
- Supporting the commissioning of new machines and production lines
- Optimizing existing processes in terms of efficiency, quality, and equipment performance
- Carrying out preventive maintenance measures according to maintenance plans
- Documented faults, repairs, and technical changes
- Closely working with Production, Quality Assurance, and Process Development
- Supporting technical projects and upgrades
- Maintaining all safety and quality standards
Requirements
- You have a completed technical education, e.g., as a mechatronics engineer, electronics technician for industrial automation, or industrial mechanic, or in a comparable field.
- You have experience in maintaining industrial production facilities.
- Possibly you have knowledge in the areas of laser technology, welding technology, or automation technology.
- Experience with SPS-controlled systems and Reis- or KUKA-control systems is advantageous.
- You bring a good technical understanding of mechanics, electricity, and pneumatics.
- Your work style is structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented.
- Teamwork and sense of responsibility are your strengths.
