Task Area

• Carrying out maintenance, repair, and overhaul work on highly automated laser welding machines
• Analyzing and resolving faults in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Ensuring high technical equipment availability
• Supporting the commissioning of new machines and production lines
• Optimizing existing processes in terms of efficiency, quality, and equipment performance
• Carrying out preventive maintenance measures according to maintenance plans
• Documented faults, repairs, and technical changes
• Closely working with Production, Quality Assurance, and Process Development
• Supporting technical projects and upgrades
• Maintaining all safety and quality standards

Requirements

• You have a completed technical education, e.g., as a mechatronics engineer, electronics technician for industrial automation, or industrial mechanic, or in a comparable field.
• You have experience in maintaining industrial production facilities.
• Possibly you have knowledge in the areas of laser technology, welding technology, or automation technology.
• Experience with SPS-controlled systems and Reis- or KUKA-control systems is advantageous.
• You bring a good technical understanding of mechanics, electricity, and pneumatics.
• Your work style is structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented.
• Teamwork and sense of responsibility are your strengths.
