HR Legal Counsel (m/w/d)

We are looking for an HR Legal Counsel (m/w/d) to support our partner company in Munich as soon as possible.

Tasks

• As HR Legal Counsel (m/w/d), you will be responsible for processing national and international labor law issues, including tax and social security law.
• You will support the HR Director in planning, coordinating, and implementing international projects as well as personal measures under consideration of statutory, labor, and collective agreement provisions.
• You will represent the company in labor court proceedings, create guidelines, works agreements, and employment contract templates and ensure their legally compliant design.
• Your tasks also include cooperation with the works council, coordination, and supervision of assignments and international expatriates.
• In addition, you will advise and train senior executives and HR colleagues on all labor law topics, drive the development of HR processes forward, and work closely with personnel development.

Qualification

• You bring a degree in full lawyer (m/w/d), economic lawyer (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification with a labor law focus.
• You have several years of professional experience in the personnel department with international references; ideally, you have in-depth knowledge of tax and social security law as well as experience with collective agreements, for example, those of the metal and electrical industries.
• You possess good user knowledge of MS Office.
• You possess communication strength, diplomatic skill, assertiveness, and intercultural competence.
• Your profile is rounded off by very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking.
