At Glow25, we are looking for someone who keeps an overview, works meticulously, and is eager to take on responsibility in the area of Accounts Receivable. Do you bring structure to the system, like to think along, and enjoy developing processes further? We need your support in this area:

• End-to-end Accounts Receivable accounting: Checking, posting, and booking outgoing invoices with a focus on B2B

• Dunning and Cash Collection: Independent execution of the dunning process and monitoring of open items.

• Cash Application & Bank Reconciliation: Allocation of incoming payments and reconciliation of bank accounts.

• Monthly and Annual Closing: Active participation in closing activities, including account reconciliation and provisions.

• Process Optimization: Identification of potential improvements and active contribution to scalable, automated accounts receivable processes.

• System Work: Confident use of DATEV, AccountOne, and CountX in daily operations.

You bring the following experience:

• You have completed vocational training as a tax assistant (all genders), or a comparable degree. It is important that you have a solid accounting foundation (HGB - German Commercial Code).

• You have several years of professional experience in accounts receivable accounting, ideally in the B2B and/or eCommerce environment.

• You are very proficient with DATEV, experience with tools like AccountOne and CountX or similar is a plus.

• You speak and write German at at least C1 level and English at B2 level.

• Your pronounced analytical understanding of numbers helps you to quickly grasp even complex relationships.
