Aprico Consultants - Business Analyst

For our clients across the public and private sectors, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to strengthen a team responsible for application evolution projects and the implementation of new ways of working linked to the gradual resumption of operational activities. What you'll do You will play a key role in bridging business needs and IT solutions, ensuring clarity, structure, and value delivery through the analysis of business requirements, the definition of functional specifications, and the coordination with stakeholders to ensure that the implemented solutions meet the expected outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: • Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement; • Defining functional specifications for IT projects; • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure that the implemented solutions meet the expected outcomes; • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and internal stakeholders; • Providing guidance and support to junior team members; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies. What we're looking for: • A degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field; • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Familiarity with IT project management methodologies and tools; • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) or equivalent is an asset.
