Technical Apprentice in Mechanics

Job Description:
- Train on lubricating machines IS, Feeder and Furnace;
- Train to recover all damaged parts that were removed from machines during the shift and change;
- Train on creating notes/orders in SAP after preventive, predictive, and corrective identifications of machine stops and forward it to Machine Maintenance Coordination;
- Train to calibrate and regulate machine heights according to machine setup during changes;
- Train to prepare all equipment and mechanisms for scheduled changes;
- Train to execute and recover mechanical sets on benches at the end of the campaign;
- Train to request new materials, being stock and non-stock items via Material Request, along with Machine Maintenance supervision;
- Train to perform visual and dimensional inspections of machine parts that make up the sets to be recovered.
