Fish Filleting Apprentice

We are looking for a person to learn fish filleting tasks in Málaga. The job consists of complete preparation of the fish, including filleting, which implies using a knife to remove the skin and an axe to separate the pieces. A temporary labor contract is offered with an estimated duration of 180 days. The working day is full-time, from Monday to Friday, from 6:00 to 14:00 hours. The salary is €1,524 per month. This position is focused on practical training and learning the skills required for fish filleting. The tasks will include: • Preparing the fish by removing the skin and separating the pieces using an axe. • Filleting the fish to obtain the desired cuts. • Cleaning and preparing the work area. • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
