You:

• will discover the various activities related to our stores throughout your apprenticeship. You will learn how H&M works and what makes us so special. Whether it's on the sales floor, in fitting rooms or at the cash register, our customers are always at the heart of everything we do.
• will see how campaigns and commercial activities are successfully implemented to achieve our sales targets together.
• will learn to present our collections and departments in a creative and inspiring way, and you will understand the important role of our stockrooms in this process.
• will discover administrative tasks and what happens behind the scenes of a performing store, and how all the different areas are ultimately linked.

• Your monthly apprentice salary (gross):
CHF 1000.- in the first year, CHF 1200.- in the second year, CHF 1600.- in the third year
(13 monthly payments per year)
