Job description
As an apprentice client relations agent or agent, you evolve in various sectors such as patient and patient reception centers, medical claim and billing centers, and medical receptions.
During your apprenticeship, you discover various administrative locations serving the welcome and quality of care provided to patients and patients.
You greet and proceed with admitting patients and patients and respond to their specific requests. Additionally, you provide them with information on consultations and service offerings.
You answer questions by offering individual listening and also manage complaints.
As a privileged interlocutor, you ensure patient satisfaction and guarantee an impeccable service.
