Apprenticeship Hotel Manager/Female (m/w/d)

A thrilling job with varied tasks is important to you? At Motel One, we expect a comprehensive 3-year apprenticeship as a hotel manager. You will learn all departments of an internationally successful hotel group, focusing on commercial processes.

You can expect diverse tasks at a stylish work location:

• Service: You make our guests' breakfast an experience or serve soft drinks and cocktails in our One Lounge (hotel bar) in a relaxed atmosphere.
• Housekeeping: You ensure that our guests feel comfortable in clean rooms.
• Reception: You welcome our guests warmly and take care of a smooth check-in.
• Reservation & Sales: You take guest inquiries for room reservations and organize group arrivals.
• Administration: You gain insights into the areas of accounting, personnel, marketing, revenue, and channel management.

In addition to general knowledge in the hotel industry, the focus of this apprenticeship is on administrative aspects in the third year. It's particularly about tax, analytical, and commercial aspects of the hospitality industry.

We value: In each area, you will receive comprehensive induction. Afterwards, you will quickly take responsibility through our flat team structures. You regularly visit vocational school and are there with other apprentices in exchange.
