In What Will Your Training Consist Of?

1st year of training

• You participate in our two-day Welcome Day with all Swiss apprentices.
• You discover routines at the branch.
• You receive support to excel at vocational school and during client interviews.

2nd year of training

• You take on responsibilities for certain tasks at the branch.
• With the help of your trainer, you become a sales professional.
• You are trained in ordering merchandise and managing stocks, and you assist in setting up seasonal actions and placements.

3rd year of training

• You prepare specifically for your final exam during a two-day seminar to pass it with flying colors.
• You gain valuable insights into the tasks of a manager and learns what it means to be a true leader.
• You take on a central role at the branch and already assume responsibility for your own department
