Micromachinist (Stamp / Mold) CFC (M/F)

Job Description

The apprentice micromachinist will participate in the manufacturing, machining, and assembly of very small components intended for the fields of microtechnology, watchmaking, precision mechanics, or medical. Under the guidance of professionals, you will learn to use conventional and CNC machines, control the quality of produced parts, and respect extremely fine tolerances.

Main Missions

• Precision Machining -- learning traditional and CNC machining techniques (turning, milling, drilling, grinding, electrical discharge machining)
• Manufacturing of Micro-parts -- realization of components according to technical plans and strict dimensional requirements
• Assembly and Mounting -- assembly of mechanical sub-assemblies, handling of delicate parts, and use of precision tools
• Quality Control -- verification of dimensions, surface finishes, and conformity using measuring instruments (micrometer, profile projector, comparator)
• Plan Reading -- interpretation of technical drawings, understanding of tolerances and specifications
• Basic Maintenance -- routine maintenance of machines and workstation
