Establishment employing around 450 employees to ensure specialized education of 19 children and adolescents as well as socio-educational and socioprofessional support for 120 adults with intellectual disability seeking an apprentice agent of operation Service concierge Mission: Under the supervision of the service manager, you will perform maintenance work required for the upkeep and modernization of buildings and infrastructure for the entire establishment as well as maintenance of green spaces. We are looking for : - Having completed compulsory education and possessing a good level of schooling - Being curious, motivated, autonomous and having a good capacity for assimilation - Enjoy working in a team with ease in contacts - Good manual skills with analytical abilities - Possessing a good physical condition - Sensitive to environmental aspects and at ease with communication towards people with disabilities - Knowledge of Microsoft office would be welcome We offer : - Regular follow-up throughout the learning process - Social benefits of a large establishment: free parking, cafeteria, pool and bio store.
