Junior Technical Installer Apprentice

Ali Spa Filiale di Cassina de' Pecchi is selecting a motivated junior technical installer to participate in an interesting dual apprenticeship program (unlimited-term contract with on-the-job training and specific technical training). The selected resource will be trained to perform the following activities independently: - Execute physical installation and cabling of audio, video, control systems, and networking devices - Manage the installation of videowalls, projectors, professional displays, speakers, and amplification systems - Configure and program control and automation systems (e.g. Crestron, Extron) - Calibrate and optimize audio and video systems, including display calibration and basic acoustic regulation - Read, interpret, and sometimes modify electrical diagrams, block diagrams, and CAD/layout designs provided by designers - Support and Troubleshooting: - Perform diagnostic and problem-solving (troubleshooting) on complex AV-over-IP networks and integrated systems. Basic Technical Skills Required: - Networking and AV over IP: - Knowledge of Network: Basic principles of networking (TCP/IP, subnetting, VLAN). - Ability to configure network switches for AV environments (Quality of Service - QoS, Multicast/IGMP Snooping) - AV over IP: Experience with standard transmission protocols (e.g. HDBaseT, Dante, NDI or similar). - Basic knowledge of applied acoustics and sound diffusion systems, microphones for conference rooms, and amplification systems. Essential Requirements - Technical Diploma (e.g., Telecommunications, Electronics, Informatics) or relevant short degree - Knowledge of main computer tools and basic CAD software for project visualization - Age between 15 and 25 years old (not yet completed) The offer: - A dual apprenticeship program: an unlimited-term employment contract aimed at training to a specific technical level, with on-the-job training during work activity and specific technical training in the classroom with professionals in the field.
