Electrician Apprentice

Orienta Spa - Benefit Company, Florence branch, is looking for an Electrician Apprentice for machinery and plants in the plastic/rubber production sector. Requirements: - Technical diploma in technical/electrical and/or electronic field, - Age for Apprenticeship, - Brief experience in similar roles matured in industrial/productive contexts, - Motivation and willingness to learn the type of work, - Good manual skills, - Availability from September 2025. The training will be provided by a qualified electrician and will cover the following topics: - Electrical safety, - Electrical installation and maintenance, - Electrical testing and fault diagnosis, - Electrical fault repair and maintenance, - Electrical safety and emergency procedures. The training will be carried out in a real-world setting, with the opportunity to work on real projects and develop practical skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to prioritize tasks, and have a strong sense of responsibility. The training will be provided in Italian, and the ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively in Italian.
