Apprentice Elevator Technician

Adecco Italia Adecco Italia S.p.A., on behalf of KONE, selects figures of Apprentice Elevator Technicians for a training program that will offer the opportunity to acquire practical skills in the elevator sector. The apprentices will have the opportunity to gain experiences in various areas, including new constructions, maintenance and modernizations, thanks to a job-rotation program that allows exploring the world of KONE in depth before specializing in a specific area. The team of experts will actively support the apprentices, ensuring continuous growth throughout the entire training period. Requirements: Technical diploma Ability to read technical diagrams Attitude to problem-solving Job description: The apprentice will be mainly engaged on-site, operating at construction sites and/or client facilities. Apprentices will gain experience in new constructions, modernizations and maintenance of various types of elevator systems. Activities will be carried out following company guidelines and full respect for safety regulations, ensuring high-quality standards and efficiency. Duration of the job: The apprenticeship contract will have a duration of 2 years, aimed at indefinite employment upon completion.
