Location: Open to candidates in South Africa Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM SAST Salary: R20,000 – R25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience) About the Role We’re looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our dynamic, growth-driven team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales or client success teams. You’ll play a key part in driving business growth through meaningful conversations and prospecting efforts. Key Responsibilities * Contact potential clients via phone, email, and other channels to introduce our services and products. * Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our offerings. * Schedule appointments for sales or client success team members, ensuring all necessary information is provided. * Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system. * Meet or exceed daily and monthly appointment setting targets. * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies. * Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates. * Stay up-to-date on our services, products, and industry trends. Qualifications * Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Lead Generator, or similar role. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. * Strong organizational and time-management abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. * High school diploma or equivalent.
