Role Overview: As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by setting appointments for the Focused Outreach Team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with potential clients, schedule meetings, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and engage with potential clients through targeted outreach efforts • Schedule meetings with decision-makers and provide exceptional customer service • Collaborate with the Focused Outreach Team to ensure seamless handovers and follow-ups • Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, appointments, and customer interactions • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services. Requirements: • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
