Are you an experienced and driven Appointment Setter looking to join a leading hub for sales roles in the property investment sector? Our client is seeking a full-time Appointment Setter to manage warm inbound leads, re-engage old leads, and drive new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warm inbound leads and prioritize follow-ups
• Chase and rebook appointments with potential clients
• Engage with new leads to drive conversions
• Re-engage old leads to revitalize the sales pipeline
• Demonstrate a hunting mentality to pursue new opportunities
• Utilize strong conversation skills to build rapport with clients
• Foster a proactive approach towards lead management
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize conversion strategies

Requirements

• 3-7+ years of experience in appointment setting roles
• Prior experience in managing residential property investment leads
• Ability to handle a high volume of contacts and leads
• Demonstrated success in re-engaging old leads and converting them into opportunities
• Strong communication skills with a focus on English proficiency
• Self-motivated individual with a proactive mindset
• Leading hub for sales roles, especially for US/UK markets
