Your Job

• You are responsible for the continuous further development of the central ERP solution ams.erp

• You will gather the requirements from the specialist departments and coordinate their implementation in collaboration with external service providers

• In larger projects, you will take on the role of Project Manager, e.g., when integrating new clients

• The coordination of system and interface updates will go through your desk

Furthermore

• you regularly train key users

• you are the first point of contact for support requests regarding ams.erp

• you document the operational processes and system configurations

• you have the opportunity to take the lead in ERP application management and mentor an employee

Your Profile

• Completed training/further education in Informatics, Business Informatics, or Business Administration

• Several years of experience in the support of ERP systems

• Ideally, knowledge of ams.erp or comparable industrial business applications for project-oriented single production

• Understanding of business processes is assumed

• Your knowledge of working with MS SQL Server / SQL rounds off your profile

• Very good German skills in spoken and written (Level C1) are mandatory

• You appreciate short communication channels and direct exchange with the specialist departments
