• You ensure that the application operation (on-premises, cloud) of our software runs smoothly for our customers
• You will be responsible for the support, administration, and configuration of the Lovion BIS software
• Software updates as well as system and program tests for quality assurance will be carried out by you
• Additionally, you will support 1st level support with IT application-related questions
• You will manage the communication between our customers and internal teams for bug fixes and new requirements
• Customizing and data model adjustments of the Lovion BIS software are also part of your tasks

• You have a degree in (Geo-)Informatics, completed vocational training, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you already have experience in the application operation of a software solution
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, such as C#, is desirable
• You enjoy discovering new technologies and developing yourself further
• Initial experience in the energy industry is an advantage
• Independent work, teamwork, and a high willingness to communicate characterize you

for our headquarters directly on Dortmund's Phoenixsee and our locations in Hamburg, Erfurt, Karlsruhe, Leipzig
 
Our positions are available in both full-time and part-time from 32 hours per week – completely flexible and compatible with your individual needs.
